Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. All of our items are made with love from the homes of Mothers. At times flaws will appear. If you find the flaw unliveable, please contact us and we will discuss appropriate compensation, or replacement. We do not offer exchange of colour, refunds for change of mind, nor refunds for smalll imperfections. We do however have stockists and markets all over the Eastern Coast of Australia and are happy to help you out best we can :)
